- ½ mile south of A394 at MarazionParking: There is parking for Mount visitors in the St Michael’s Mount Long Stay and Overflow car parks. These are not National Trust car parks. National Trust members and Blue Badge holders must pay for parking. Please see the 'By ferry' section below for details on how to get to St Michael's Mount by boat.

- By ferry
- From 1st April - 31st October when the tide is high access to the island is via boat. Boats will take passengers to and from the mainland from one of three landing points, Chapel Rock, Gwelva or Top Tieb. Boat landing directions will be clearly signposted upon arrival in Marazion. National Trust members must pay the one-way boat fee £3.20 adult £1.60 children under 16 (under 1’s free). Ferry boat tickets can be purchased on the St Michael's Mount website or in person on arrival.

Still home to the St Aubyn family as well as a small community, this iconic rocky island is crowned by a medieval church and castle - with the oldest buildings dating from the 12th century.

Perched on top of a rocky island, the gardeners at St Michael’s Mount use abseiling gear to weed and strim the cliff face garden hanging up to 50 metres above the sea.
