Family fun in August

Get active with the family and find the best places to picnic and play

Join us every Friday this August for family fun at King Alfred's Tower.
Enjoy a range of activities from story-telling, crafts, circus skills workshops and giant game competitions. Or discover Stourhead's dormice on guided walks with our ranger, every Friday in August from 10am. See if you're lucky enough to spot one.
These walks are £10 per adult and £5 per child. Book online or on 0844 249 1895.

See Stourhead in a different light at our annual Picnic and Fireworks event this July.
Relax by the lake with a picnic, surrounded by all your family and friends, as the sun sets across the landscape garden. Then enjoy an impressive firework display and the temples illuminated.
