Pick up a treat or two

The Treasurer's House shop is situated in the original kitchen, offering cards, gifts and mementoes to remember your visit.

The Grand Départy

Yorkshire welcomed the Tour de France with typical enthusiasm and Treasurer's House was no exception. We had a pop-up cafe in the garden, serving bacon butties and hot drinks, which went down a storm with spectators of the race.

Gluten-free options

We serve hot dishes as well as sandwiches, soup and cakes

We are pleased to offer a daily range of gluten free options on our Below Stairs Cafe menu, please ask a member of staff for details.

Fancy a good read?

You'll find our second-hand book store in a cosy corner of the Treasurer's House flat. At £1.50 for paperbacks and £3 for hardbacks, with all proceeds going to the National Trust, you're bound to find something new to read.

A real treasure

Do visit our ground floor gift shop, housed in the historic kitchen. Besides the Delft tiles and the copper pans you'll find special gifts for home and garden plus books, cards and lovely souvenirs.
