What can I do?

The Treasurer’s House relies on over 300 volunteers to ensure that visitors find our property warm, welcoming, exciting, dynamic and informative. We appreciate our volunteers’ invaluable support and are always open to new ideas and skills, ensuring you enjoy volunteering. If you would like to become a volunteer please contact us.

Gardener:

Working as part of a team, volunteer gardeners help with the upkeep and development of the garden at Treasurer’s House so that it can be enjoyed by all visitors.

Room guide:

Our room guides provide a welcoming presence for visitors, helping to bring Treasurer's House to life while playing a valuable part in safeguarding our collections.

Retail assistant:

Assisting with the smooth running of the gallery shop, helping to meet sales targets while providing a friendly and helpful service for all visitors/customers.

On 6 & 7 January 2012 the Treasurer’s House will be seeking a variety of skills and talents for both voluntary and paid work opportunities this year. The recruitment open days will be held at Treasurer’s House 11am–2pm.
