Why not treat yourself to longer with us? These beautiful holiday flats nestled in the heart of York are in a perfect location for city getaways steeped in culture and history. Choose from two flats with original features, which form part of an original medieval building. Goodramgate sleeps 5 + cot, from £315 for 3 nights and Minstergate sleeps 3 + cot, from £326 for 3 nights. Excellent rail links, with the train station just 20 minutes walk away.
A rare survival
Minstergate and Goodramgate share a special link with nearby Treasurer's House. They were rescued from demolition by the owner of Treasurer's House, Frank Green when Deangate was built in 1903. Frank rescued them for their historical significance, the underpass beneath Minstergate having once provided the only access into the Minster Close.
