Spring cleaning is a grand operation at the places we care for

Spring is in the air and you might be turning your thoughts to the annual, super spring clean.

The houses, halls, mansions and castles we care for are no different, but here everyday tasks take on a whole new dimension.

Wildlife spotters

We're tracking the wildlife that's been spotted at our places, we'd love to see what you have spotted and where.

Send us your photos using #springwildlife or email them to midlandsfacebook@nationaltrust.org.uk and we'll add them to our board.

Wildlife wonders

Spring is one of the best times of year to spot wildlife.

Many birds fly home from their warmer winters, small mammals start to re-appear and the outdoors bursts into colour with a huge array of bulbs and blossoms.
