Enjoy peacful walks to see the colours of the trees changing

Autumn is a time of change; temperatures cool and the gardens, parks and countryside we care for begin a dazzling display of changing colour.

It's a great time of year to be outside and soak up your surroundings.

Inside there's stories to be found about the people who called these amazing places home, crafts, and something for everyone in our shops and tea-rooms.

South West Coast Path challenge

We've joined up with the South West Coast Path Association to set the record for the number of times we can walk the South West Coast Path in one month.

Get involved throughout October to raise funds for improvements and repairs to our beautiful coast path.

Coast saving ale

St Austell Brewery and National Trust have teamed together to create a seasonal pale ale called The Gribbin, to celebrate 50 years of looking after the coast.

Named after the headland that the brewery helped secure for the National Trust to look after forever.

Celebrating the South West Coast

This year is all about the South West coast.

We're hosting a South West Coastal Festival throughout the year with activities, events and challenges on the coast.

Show your support by volunteering, donating, or simply joining in the fun at your favourite beach.

Collections

Did you know you can view the fascinating collections housed at National Trust places online?

It's a great way to find out what to look out for on your visit, or learn more about items you've seen.

There's everyday items from all eras, some really obscure objects and beautiful artwork.
