Wimpole holds a variety of events throughout the year, from outdoor theatre to tomato festivals, tours of the hall closets and ferreting courses. There are lots of opportunities for you to discover, learn and play.

Walkers at Wimpole

Wimpole’s parkland and wider estate make it ideal for walking. The variety of landscape includes woodland paths, lakes and fields, all with magnificent views.  There are a number of guided walks during the week.

There are three cycle routes to choose from that let you discover the views and landscapes of Wimpole. Suited for all abilities from beginner to cycling pros there is something for everybody, so get your bike and enjoy.


There are five geocaches to find around the Estate with three routes to suit all abilities. Ask at reception to hire a GPS unit or go out and use your own.
