Knitted Blossom and Poetry Trail at Wightwick Manor and Gardens

Celebrate the festival of blossom with us here at Wightwick and admire the knitted (and real!) blossom in the gardens this spring.

  • Booking not needed
  • Free event (admission applies)

Admire the blossom in our orchards and wider gardens this spring and see the handiwork of our talented volunteers and local craft groups with their knitted blossom displays around the gardens.

Accompanying the blossom displays will be printed poetry written by Simon Armitage, Poet Laureate, in collaboration with the National Trust.

See if you can find all of the knitted blossom displays and let them point you in the direction of the best views of the season.

You can also use the hashtag #BlossomWatch to share your pictures on social media.

This is a free, self-led trail around the gardens, normal admission costs apply, no booking required.
