What's on

There's more to Claremont than just our amazing scenery. We run a great variety of events and activities throughout the year, so there's always something to entertain you.

Points of interest

There are always different things to look out for every visit, so our gardeners pick a few current points of interest. Ask to borrow a laminated fact sheet from the kiosk when you arrive.

If you climb the mound, you'll discover a great view and a secret place for older children to build a den.

Winter walkies

We welcome dogs on short leads between November and March, but are unable to grant entry for the rest of the year. To avoid disappointment, please check with us before you travel.

We run free guided walks around the garden on the first and third Saturday and last Sunday of the month between April and October. Meet near the entrance kiosk at 2pm to join in.

Feed the birds

Pick up a bag or two of bird seed from our kiosk and you'll be guaranteed a warm welcome from our waterfowl when you enter the garden. All we ask for is a small donation.
