General
- The house reopens on 16 February 2013
- The park, the gardens, the restaurant and the shop are open all year round
- Dogs are welcome on leads in the parkland
- For information on what's on each day pop into the visitor reception on arrival
- Car parking is free for National Trust members, or £2 for non-members which is redeemable in the restaurant or shop
- Disabled parking is available at the top end of the visitor car park
- A shuttle service runs between the visitor reception and the hall every 15 minutes
Family
- Baby feeding facilities are available in the Great Barn restaurant
- Baby changing facilities provided in the Stableyard
- All meals in the restaurant are available in child size portions
- Explorer Tracker Packs available for garden and park from the visitor reception building
- Hands on activities and quizzes in the hall

Access
- Mobility parking in main car park, 100 yards from visitor reception
- Accessible toilets in the Stableyard
- Wheelchair access to ground floor of hall, gardens and Lady Spencer's Walk. Stairs to 2nd and 3rd floors
