To ensure everyone who stays at Kingston Lacy Motorhome Site has a great holiday, we have a few simple site rules.

Arrival times

All new arrivals are asked to arrive after 2pm and before 8pm.

Departure times

Please depart from the pitch by 11am.

Parking

For guests with tourers, there is space for one car adjacent to their pitch and this is on grass. There is no provision for additional cars on the campsite.

Dogs/pets

Kingston Lacy Motorhome Site is dog-friendly and all well-behaved dogs are welcome at no additional charge. They must be kept on a lead at all times and exercised away from other campers. Please pick up after your dogs right away.

Quiet times

We ask that our visitors are always considerate of their neighbours. ‘Quiet time’ is 10am - 7pm.

Fires/Barbecues

Campfires and fire pits of any description are strictly forbidden. Gas-fuelled barbecues (raised off the ground) are permitted for cooking only.

Safety

Cooking inside awnings is not permitted under any circumstances.

Smoking

We kindly request that guests ensure that cigarettes are disposed of responsibly.

Pitches

Pitches are not allocated in advance and are chosen by guests based on what is available on arrival.

Lost property

We reserve the right to charge for storing or arranging the delivery of any lost property, and to pass on any costs incurred as a result. We equally retain the right to dispose of any goods not collected or claimed.

Problems or complaints

Every reasonable care will be taken to ensure that the site is presented to a high standard. Should you find any cause for complaint, please contact the property’s reception team so that reasonable steps can be taken to resolve any issue.

Should you be unsatisfied with your stay after departing the site, please write to:
