Here are some answers to the most frequently asked questions about Weston Farm Campsite.

Do I have to be a member of the National Trust to stay with you?

No. Everyone is welcome, regardless of membership.

I am already a National Trust member; do I get a discount?

There are no reductions for members at our sites due to charity commission rules. However, please be assured that the money raised through the campsite will be put to good use supporting our conservation work locally.

Do you take bookings?

Bookings can be made in advance through the online booking system.

Do you accept dogs?

Yes, one dog is welcome per booking for no additional charge. They must be kept on a lead at all times and please be mindful that the camping fields are adjacent to working farms. Please pick up after your dogs right away.

Can I park my car by our tent?

There is parking available close by to pitches. For safety reasons there is a one-way system in place. Those that have booked a bell tent will park on the edge of the camping field and can make use of our trolleys to move equipment to and from the tents.

Do you exchange gas cylinders?

This facility is not available onsite.

Where are some good walks?

The campsite is located close to the coastal path. There are plenty of local walks to explore.

Where is the nearest town or village?

The closest village is Worth Matravers. The nearest town for general goods and amenities is Swanage.

Do you accept trailer tents/caravans/campervans?

No, this site caters for tents only. In addition, we have Bell Tents available to hire.

Do you have laundry facilities?

No.

Do you take credit card payments?

We accept payment online with debit and credit cards.

Are you open all year round?

In 2024, the campsite is open from and including 14th June to 2nd September.

Can I have a fire or barbecue?

No fires of any kind are permitted, including disposable barbecues. Gas fuelled barbecues are allowed, as long as they are raised off the ground.

Can under 18s stay at the site?

Under 18s must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Bookings can only be made by an adult.
