Join our costume curator, Shelley, to discover how people covered up in the past. See coats, jackets, scarves and gloves from our historic costume collection and explore fabrics including tweed, quilting, velvet and wool.
Family forest days, Sunday 28 September, 10.30am-4.30pm
Join our qualified forest school teacher and cook on a campfire, build dens, climb trees, create wild art and make mud pies. Free event, normal admission applies

Join us around the campfire in Killerton's woods for lantern making and enjoy a magical lantern walk. Normal admission applies plus £3 activity charge
On Saturday 18 and Sunday 19 October, months of apple picking at Killerton culminates in our annual family festival to mark National Apple Day. The orchard is festooned with bunting, stalls are scattered between the apple trees and the amazing smell of a traditional hog roast will greet you at the gate.
