Refreshments on the go in the park

Our new temporary Outdoor Café is open every day except 24 and 25 December, offering refreshments while the Brewhouse Café is expanded and refurbished. Jo and her team offer hot and cold drinks, snacks and light lunches for you to enjoy in an enclosed deer-proof outdoor seating area.

Enjoy a selection of Christmas gifts and tasty treats at our shop

Just inside Green Court you’ll find our shop selling local gifts, walking guides, scarves, jewellery, cosy colourful rugs and much more.

Come and see our lovely selection of Christmas decorations, story books, festive chutneys and other great Christmas gift ideas. We're open until 21 December for any last minute Christmas shopping so do drop in and meet Marie and her team who're always happy to help you find what you need.

Hot refreshments

Come to our Outdoor Cafe and enjoy some freshly made hot soup

The winter season may be upon us, but on a crisp, fresh day why not come along to our outdoor cafe for lunch and enjoy a cup of hot, freshly made soup. Also keep an eye out for freshly baked pasties, cheese and bacon scones and hot sausage sandwiches, but be warned, they sell like hot cakes!

If it's just too chilly for you outside, we've opened up the Visitor Centre (while the House is closed in the winter months) and turned it into a warm and cosy seating area with tables and chairs for up to 20 people. So grab your sandwiches, soup or scones and sit by our log fire to enjoy your lunch.
