How to get here
The nearest station is Sevenoaks which is 1½ miles away and on the Southeastern line. To walk to Knole from the station, turn right and walk up the hill, through Sevenoaks High Street, until you reach St Nicholas Church on your right. Knole is clearly signposted on your left. Alternatively, there are taxis available from the station.
Please note: some sat nav systems will not direct you correctly to Knole using our postcode. Use postcode TN13 1HU and follow directions below. From north and west: leave M25 at exit 5 (A21) and follow signs for Sevenoaks. Turn right at mini-roundabout. Park entrance is in Sevenoaks town centre, left off A225 Tonbridge Road (opposite St Nicholas Church). From south: Leave A21 at junction signposted Sevenoaks and follow A225 for Sevenoaks. Park entrance is on right after about 2 miles. From east: Follow A25 through Seal. Turn left at traffic lights. Continue ahead and through high street. Park entrance is on left 300 yards beyond top of the High Street
Parking: Our car park is open year round (except 24 and 25 December). Parking is free for National Trust members or £4 per car for non-members. Please have your membership card ready to show at the gatebox as you enter the park. As Knole park is a Site of Special Scientific Interest, our car park is partially matted and partially grass/soil. Disabled parking spaces are available and marked. The car park is 60 yards from the main entrance to the house. There is alternative Pay and Display parking in Sevenoaks town centre, and a walking route through the park to reach the house.

Pedestrian entrances are sited at regular intervals around the edge of the park, with large kissing gates. From Sevenoaks High Street, follow pedestrian signposts.
Dover and Folkestone with their ferry ports connect to Sevenoaks via the M20 or regular trains run to Sevenoaks station from Dover Priory and Folkestone Central station with a journey time of approximately 1 hour 25 minutes.
Sevenoaks bus station is about ¼ mile from the edge of the park. Follow pedestrian signposts from the high street.
London Underground serves several stations which run trains to Sevenoaks, including London Charing Cross, London Bridge and London Victoria.
Bicycles can access Knole Park through the main and pedestrian entrances and cycle throughout, except on the Golf Course. Paths are mainly rough track or grass and are undulating. Cycle racks can be found adjacent to the Outdoor Café.
