Group visits

Group tours are available daily at discounted prices (minimum party of 15 people required). Join one of our experienced guides and learn about the fascinating history of the house and on our recent experiences of conserving this historic home.

Your group can also take advantage of a guided walk through what has been described as one of the top 10 gardens in the world. Learn about the plants, people and politics which have influenced how the gardens look today.

Education groups

Mount Stewart is a place of imagination, exploration and discovery and is the perfect destination for pupils of all ages. Our team of experienced and knowledgeable guides offers a wide range of curriculum linked, quality learning programmes, both historical and environmental.

The learning team at Mount Stewart also work with several other groups of visiting young people, such as Brownies and Guides, Cubs and Scouts and summer schemes. Please speak to us about how we can ensure your group has a great day out that is both exciting and educational.

What will your group discover?

We would be delighted to talk to you about how Mount Stewart can meet the needs of teachers of older pupils. We have recently welcomed students of art, history and geography and delivered very successful literacy days for key stage 3 pupils. Get in touch to discuss your requirements.

Membership

We offer a special membership for educational groups so you can enjoy a discounted rate for your school, education group (Scouts, Brownies etc.) or home-educated family.
