This is a new one for us and we will have limited numbers for this first attempt.
This rustic looking hay rake will be made largely of ash. A handle will be fashioned from square ash length and the end split to divide into two to fit into the rake head.
The tines are made using a tine cutter and these are then fitted into the head and glued. The whole thing goes together and you will be ready for the late June hay harvest.
