Hidcote welcomes groups of visitors both large and small. Whether you’re part of a club, a society or a registered travel company, we’d be delighted to accommodate you.

Bringing a group to Hidcote

Hidcote is a popular destination, so it’s essential that groups of any size book with us in advance to secure their visit and avoid disappointment. Our car park is not large and we need to ensure we have reserved a parking space for you.

Please contact us to discuss your group visit by email hidcotegroupbookings@nationaltrust.org.uk or call us on 01386 438333. You may also find the National Trust's Groups Visits FAQ page answers many common queries.

Please note that we can only take coach group bookings on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, and we cannot accept groups on UK bank holidays Saturday – Monday inclusive.

Group admission prices

Normal admission charges apply to groups comprising 14 people or fewer, or when group members pay individually.

If there are 15 or more people in your party (including National Trust members but excluding the tour leader and coach driver), there will be a discounted admission charge*.

*We reserve the right to refuse entry to any organised group that has not made a booking. Groups of 15 or more people that are admitted at our discretion will not be entitled to the group rate.

To find out how much you can save, and for full terms and conditions, do reach out to us directly.

Private group visits

If you are interested in visiting Hidcote as a group outside of public opening hours, between 4pm and 6pm, we would be delighted to talk to you about our private group visit packages.

Dates for these packages are limited and fill up quickly, but please email hidcotegroupbookings@nationaltrust.org.uk or call us on 01386 438333 to discuss your needs.
