A fun photography competition for all.

Celebrating the work of one of our most illustrious tenants Sir Robert Witt, who whilst studying at Oxford in 1890 established the Witt Library - a collection of photographs, reproductions and cuttings of paintings, drawings and engravings. The Witt Library now has over 2.2 million items and is one of the largest of its kind in the world.

To enter simply take a photograph of either; Category 1 - Architectural / Structural - to focus on the Clergy House Main Building or Garden Room Category 2 - Land and Nature - to focus on scenic views of the Clergy House its garden, or its land. Please ensure images do not include people. Submit your photograph via email to alfriston@nationaltrust.org.uk - sorry no postal entries accepted. The competition opens on 5th April and closes midnight 19th August 2024 and is open to anyone living in the UK. If you are under 18, you'll need permission from a legal parent, guardian or carer to apply. Small prize for each of the category winners.
