Experience the sun setting over the formal gardens as you immerse yourself in the enchanting realm of Yoga Nidra. This blissful practice combines meditation, visualisation, and intention-setting, guiding you on a journey of deep relaxation and self-discovery. Designed for everyone and all levels, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a beginner, Yoga Nidra welcomes all.
The session will begin with a meditation, breathwork and some gentle Yin Yoga moving then into 30min – 40min Yoga Nidra.
Experience the profound benefits of "yogic sleep" – one hour of Yoga Nidra equals four hours of regular sleep, making it exceptionally restorative.
Please bring: ~ Additional blankets, cushions, socks, eye pillows, and warmer clothing. Imagine you're going to be lying down for a long time, so make yourself as comfy as possible.

Please check-in at visitor reception and meet your instructor by the Orangery in the formal gardens. Please note it is a 5 minute walk from the car park to the Orangery.
- What to bring and wear
Please bring a yoga mat, drinking water, and wear suitable clothing and footwear. You may want to bring extra padding for your knees as the ground in the Orangery is made of stone.
- Accessibility
Unfortunately there is no step-free access into the Orangery building.
