Fun craft activities will be available upstairs in the Granary to celebrate Mother’s Day. Make a special card and beautiful paper flowers to show your mum how much you appreciate her.

You can also treat mum to afternoon tea or lunch at our Old Apple Store tea-room, with gift offers in the Granary Farm shop as well.

From Saturday 12 to Sunday 27 April, 10am to 4pm daily

Bring the whole family and join our fun Easter themed trail supported by Cadbury.

Eggsplore Lower Brockhampton manor house and grounds, search for hidden eggs to claim your Cadbury chocolate Egghead prize. Come rain or sunshine there will be Easter themed arts and crafts in the Granary. You can also get your face painted on Monday 21 April.

£2 per trail. Normal admission charges apply.

Mid-April to early May, 10am to 5pm
Brockhampton is home to 25 acres of Shropshire Prune damson trees. From mid-April to early May, the orchards surrounding the medieval manor house come into flower and bloom with beautiful white blossom.

This is one of the best times of year to visit. Call 01885 482077 to check on the blossom before visiting.

Available all year round, 10am to 4pm

A fun game for all the family, geocaching is suitable for novices and experts alike.

If you love the outdoors and have a sense of adventure, explore our estate and find hidden caches or treasures using a GPS device. We have GPS devices available to hire from our Visitor Reception (£5 charge). Don’t forget to bring some of your own caches to swap!

Enjoy stunning scenery and fresh air, whilst improving your health

Every Tuesday from 1 April to 2 September, meet at 5.45pm

Take the first steps to better health with a weekly walk. The routes will vary around the Brockhampton Estate lasting approximately one hour, at a pace to suit all levels of fitness.

Meet in the Old Apple Store car park at 5.45pm for a 6pm start. The walks are free of charge and NT membership is not required. Spaces are limited and booking is essential, call Teresa on 07912 748751.

Pick up something unique and local

From 1 March and then every first Saturday of each month

We’re celebrating our local producers with a monthly farmers’ market in the courtyard at Lower Brockhampton. Meet our tenant farmers as well as other local producers and crafts people.

Entrance for locals (WR6 and HR7 postcodes) and National Trust members is free. Otherwise, entry on the market day is at the estate price (adults £3.50, child £1.75, family £8.75).
