In the old stable block, our gift shop sells an array of locally-sourced products from real ales to candles. There are lots of wonderful Christmas decorations and gift ideas on sale now, so come in and browse amongst the stable bays to find the ideal presents for your loved ones.
Those with green fingers can improve their gardens with our selection of seasonal plants, garden ornaments and equipment.
Celebrate your visit to the Museum of Childhood by taking home some traditional toys and games. You can practise your whip and top, or your best handwriting with chalk and slate, ready to impress the school teacher on your next visit.

The Coach House Tea-room
Open from 10:30am serving light bites, cakes and refreshments. Pop in for morning coffee and a slice of cake after you have looked around Sudbury Hall; then come back to sample the lunch menu after you have experienced The Museum of Childhood. For afternoon tea, the hardest part is deciding which cake to eat, they all look far too delicious.
Christmas lunch and tour
Enjoy a private tour of Sudbury Hall to discover all the creative festive decorations, followed by a delicious Christmas lunch. Thursdays and Fridays 11, 12, 18 and 19 December. Tour starts at 11.30am.
