Join Lizzy from Tellus Mater for forest bathing and well-being sessions at Hidcote.
Delve into your surroundings to connect with nature and boost well-being, unwind and relax in a gentle way that is easy to incorporate into your own time after your session.
When: 10th May, 7th June, 5th July, 2nd August and 13 September. Time: 8:30 to 10:00 am. The session will start promptly at 8:30am, we recommend arriving at Hidcote by 8:20am.
Booking: Booking in advance is essential, book online, on the National Trust app or by calling the Booking Team on 0344 249 1895. Tickets: Tickets are £25 per person.
