Embrace the seasons changing and get outdoors this Spring Summer with Nordic walking.

Come along to a beginner session with certified Nordic walking instructor Julie Ratcliff, and find out more about the ten steps of Nordic walking. Walk through the Parkland, round to Gallox bridge and into the tearoom for the mid-session break where you can enjoy 10% off. No prior experience necessary.

What to bring and wear

Please wear weather appropriate clothing and comfortable shoes or walking boots. Bring a small rucksack with a water bottle. Nordic walking poles provided.
