We have pitches and pods in all kinds of beauty spots, by lakes, rivers, mountains and the beach.

Enjoy walks and wildlife-spotting, or take your bike, kayak or SUP on holiday with you. We have campsites near villages and family-friendly pubs, or in dark sky areas for the best stargazing.

Teneriffe Farm Campsite, Cornwall

Camp to walk the South West Coast Path 

We have plenty of places to stay on or near the South West Coast Path, from Minehead to Poole, including two great campsites in Cornwall. Teneriffe Farm Campsite is about an hour's walk from Kynance Cove with Lizard Point a couple of miles further on. Highertown Farm Campsite at Lansallos has Polperro to the east and Polruan to the west.

Open until 29 September - Brownsea Island Campsite, Dorset 

This is the last month of opening at Brownsea, so grab the chance to take your tent or book a tree tent or bell tent for your stay. This campsite offers a unique place to camp on Brownsea Island Nature Reserve. Just on the water's edge, enjoy views from the campsite over the sea and beyond to the rolling Purbeck Hills.

Best campsites for stargazing

We have campsites with some of the nation's most star-spangled views. Enjoy the view from your pod deck, sit out under a blanket or take a walk to a special viewpoint.

Exmoor National Park is a Dark Sky Reserve, and you can stay beneath its special skies when you camp at Cloud Farm. This laid-back, riverside campsite has pitches for tents and campervans as well as pods.

This small, quiet site for self-contained vehicles is near the Bannau Brycheiniog (Brecon Beacons), which was the first International Dark Sky Reserve in the country.

Llanborth Campervan Site, Ceredigion, Wales

Llanborth Campervan Site, Ceredigion 

Ceredigion has great stargazing spots, and the mile-long beach at Penbryn is a must. This campervan site is near the beach, it's just a short walk through the valley, and if you walk down at dusk you could spot seals and bottlenose dolphins before enjoying the night sky.

A stay at this remote campsite is a great opportunity for a night of stargazing. You can pitch up in your own tent or campervan, or stay in a pod, bell tent or tipi.

Open all year - Great Langdale Campsite, Lake District 

Great Langdale Campsite looks up to the unmistakable outline of the Langdale Pikes, with pitches for campervans and tents as well as basic camping pods and pods with benches and mattresses.

Enjoy a woodburner at the end of day outdoors 

Low Wray, Wasdale and Eskdale campsites all have pre-pitched accommodation - safari or bell tents - with woodburners you can have a cosy evening after a day of winter adventures.

A festive break at Kingston Lacy 

From 22 November, you can follow the story of a wondrous woodland winter ball in the house and gardens at Kingston Lacy when you stay at Kingtson Lacy Motorhome Site.
