South West Outdoor Festival

A wide range of trail running courses by Mud and Sweat, with everything from a very friendly 1.5km run or classic mid-distance 10km to a half- or full off-road marathon.

If you're happiest when you're on 2 wheels then the mountain biking challenges at SWOF this year could be just the thing.

Throughout the weekend we will have a selection of watersports including kayaking, Canadian canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding, coasteering and more.

The Festival night running events will launch a new season 2018/19 of National Trust night runs across the country.

Riverford Field Kitchen comes to the festival on Saturday night. This will be a bookable event.

Climbing, archery, guided walks and runs, yoga, bike skills, foraging and loads more free activities...

A great line up of free talks and workshops by inspirational modern-day explorers and adventurers.

Acts took to the main stage across the three days of the festival, providing a sweet soundtrack for a weekend of outdoor Devon shenanigans.

The National Trust is excited to be working with lots of supporters this year. Each organanisation brings more expertise, knowledge and activities to the festival programme.
