South West Outdoor Festival 2017 will take place in Cheddar Gorge's enchanting and challenging landscape on 8-10 September. This year, you will be able to test your endurance like never before, and then reward yourself with music, tales and ales in the evening. Create your own adventure with hiking, biking, endurance running, stargazing and more. The National Trust hosts this festival in partnership with Cotswold Outdoor, Panasonic, the Mendip Hills AONB and lots of local outdoor experts. Grow your knowledge, your skills and your memories this September 2017. Tickets will be available soon. In the meantime, you can check what's in store for you in some great photos from last year.

The South West Outdoor Festival is taking place on impressive Cheddar Gorge. The Gorge provides challenging landscape to test your endurance and enchanting views to reward your efforts in the evening. There's places for those looking for an adventure to try climbing in this iconic location, wild running and challenging cycle trails. It's also a great place to relax. With dramatic scenery to explore and sweeping views of the Gorge and across the Mendip Hills, it's a top spot for wildlife spotting.
