At the top of Offa’s Dyke this 1930s villa is in a great spot for exploring nearby Chirk Castle.The holiday home boasts a large rear terrace with a seating area and lawned gardens, perfect for relaxing and admiring this spectacular countryside.
Enjoy a long, lazy alfresco lunch with all the family before exploring the nearby Chirk Castle and its grounds. Take a tour with one of our rangers and see how the support from your stay helps us to care for these special places. You can also pick up information on the many walking trails available, including the famous Offa’s Dyke.
Further afield, experience the slower paced life of the beautiful canals of Llangollen. Snowdonia, with its spectacular mountains and towering waterfalls, is also just a short drive away

Entrance porch, three bedrooms (1 double with 5’ sleigh bed, one single and there is a twin bedroom which can be made as a 6' double on request), bathroom with electric shower over bath, lounge with patio doors open out onto the terrace, kitchen, lavatory, utility room, dining room with double doors leading into conservatory.

Heating: The cottage is heated by an air source heat pump.
Parking: Parking for 3 cars on a graveled area at the front of the cottage.
Garden: Main Garden at rear of property with decking area. Garden furniture on terrace.
Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 12pm at this cottage. A 10% discount applies when booked with Chirk Home Farm Cottage or Ty'r Stocmon.
Guided tours 'Behind the scenes' of the castle are available, normally starting at 11am on open days - ask at the ticket office for further details. Events happen throughout the year.
