What’s it like to volunteer at Washington Old Hall? Come to our National Trust Volunteer Recruitment Day on Monday 6 March 2017 from 11am to 3pm. Meet some of our volunteers over a cup of tea and let them tell you. You will be able to find out about our job roles and register with us. Alternatively, view these via our 'join and get involved' link https://www.nationaltrust.org.uk/join-and-get-involved

Choose your activity

At Washington Old Hall we have a variety of roles to suit, depending on whether you like energetic outdoor activity or helping to tell visitors about the history of the house.
Our café volunteers provide the warm welcome which visitors remember.  Our learning volunteers bring a visit to life for enquiring minds. You may want to do more than one.

How much time can you spare

You may want to help out on a regular basis or just at events, for a few hours or a full day. The time you spend helps make a visit to Washington Old Hall a day to remember and you are contributing to saving our special places for ever for everyone.

Decide what job role interests you and how many hours you would like to give.  In no time at all, you will feel part of the team and supported in your role.

Our job roles and registration form can be found by following the link from Join and get involved.
