North Devon Bothies

Fancy camping but not a tent fan? We have the solution: stay in our lovely bothies (at Foreland in Countisbury, at Heddon Valley, and at Peppercombe in Hartland). Sleep safe in the knowledge you have a roof over your head, or slip outside to admire the stars from beside the campfire.

Peppercombe Bothy

Once an old shepherds hut, this basic bothy is just minutes from the South West Coast Path in a private gated valley with wonderful sea views. Amble down to a secluded pebbly beach, or wander along the coast path to the historic fishing village of Clovelly.
