Surrounded by dramatic valleys, rugged moorland and an impressive rocky coastline, this bunkhouse is the ideal holiday destination for intrepid explorers of all ages.
Ramble along the coast path or head out into Exmoor to discover some of this beautiful National Park’s hidden gems. Fishing enthusiasts should make a bee line for the River Lyn, one of the best waterways in the area to hook a salmon or trout. Otherwise, you can explore the river by canoe or kayak.
With the Atlantic battering the North Coast of Devon, fantastic surf spots are in no short supply. A little further afield, the nearby towns of Lynton and Lynmouth offer a relaxing diversion from the wealth of outdoor activities available.
Take a ride on the famous cliff railway before stopping in at a café or traditional inn for a hearty lunch.

Three bunk rooms: Room One with one bunkbed (sleeps two), Room Two with three bunk beds (sleeps six) and Room Three with three bunk beds (sleeps six). Shower room.

Heating: Solar thermal heating backed up by LPG.
Parking: Parking for a maximum of three cars, the car park is signed 'Private Exmoor Bunkhouse' but is also shared with local residents. Additional parking is available at Barna Barrow approximately 600 metres uphill from the bunkhouse
Garden: Located around the bunkhouse a mix of terrace and open grass area with picnic benches for 16 people and secured by a gate.
Hazards: It is worth noting that the main road passes in front of the bunkhouse garden, so children and dogs should be supervised.
Offers: Guests can benefit from a late Sunday checkout time of 4pm.
Is this bunkhouse for you? Our bunkhouses are perfect for guests who want to enjoy the outdoors and meet up with friends and family. We do not accept hen and stag groups at this bunkhouse.
There are neighbours nearby, so we respectfully ask that you keep noise to a minimum after 11pm.
