Who knew a former potting shed could make such a beautiful holiday cottage? The 19th-century stone and slate cottage hides amongst the trees, where views of the Helford River peek through a grassy glade. Inside reveals stylish interior with high ceilings and an open-plan living, kitchen and dining area.

The Apple Store sits in the 11-acre estate of Bosloe, just above the Helford River and half a mile east of Durgan. Sheltered from Atlantic gales, you’ll be in one of the mildest corners of the country, with the south-facing beach at Durgan village within walking distance.

The lovely town of Falmouth is only a 20 minute drive away. If you want to travel further afield, the market town of Helston is 16 miles west of the cottage. Even further west is Penrose, a wooded area and open parkland around Cornwall’s largest natural lake, Loe Pool. You’ll also find a sandy stretch of coastline here too, so don’t forget your swimmers.
