The West Wing

The West Wing is an elegant apartment located on the first-floor of Trerice, an Elizabethan mansion dating back to 1572. The property benefits from lovely views over the garden and surrounding countryside and a roaring open fire for those cooler evenings.

Make the most of your position on the estate and explore the beautiful gardens and grounds before any other visitors arrive. When the sun sets, Trerice’s dark skies are lit up by the stars. Find a spot to watch the night sky, or book onto a guided talk, which take place on selected days. 

Further afield, the famous Bedruthan Steps are under 10 miles away, while nearby Park Head affords stunning views over towering sea stacks. If you want to hit the waves, Cornwall’s surfing capital, Newquay, is just three miles away.

Heating: Rointe digital heating system included.

Parking: There is a designated space provided.

Garden: There is no garden, but visitors have access to Trerice's gardens at all times.

Utilties: The washing machine and tumble dryer are a combined washer/dryer.

Telephone: Limited reception for mobile telephones.

Offers: Guests will benefit from a late Sunday checkout of 4pm at this cottage.

There are many events on at Trelissick and Trerice gardens throughout the season. These include dramatical productions.

Logs: A starter supply of seasoned logs, fire lighters kindling will be provided free of charge. Guests will need to source any additional logs elsewhere.
