This detached and pretty Edwardian lodge is a real gem nestled between the beautiful coastal resort of Lynmouth and the romance of Exmoor as epitomised by the author R D Blackmore in his novel ‘Lorna Doone’.  With its own private garden, this beautiful cottage is ideal for couples, families and walkers alike.

Encompassed by a wild, rocky coastline and the woodland and moorland of Exmoor, this Edwardian cottage makes the perfect base for adventurous ramblers.

Inside, large spacious rooms enclose elegant interiors and outside a leafy seclusion wraps around the cottage.

From here hikers can stroll just three quarters of a mile to the river gorges, ancient woodlands and Victorian tea room of Watersmeet. Walks through the Lyn Valley will allow you to delve further into the wilds of Exmoor. Or if the sea is calling, follow the coastal path for the rugged Valley of Rocks.
