A recently refurbished former farmhouse, set within the grounds of Coleton Fishacre.
With six spacious bedrooms and lots of garden space, this is the perfect place to hold your large group get-together. Set down a quiet country lane and surrounded by fields, its rooms offer countryside views from large Georgian windows. The house even hosts a billiard room with a full-sized billiard table.
Higher Brownstone farm is about a mile from Coleton Fishacre, a 1920s house surrounded by luxuriant gardens. As a guest, you’ll have free access to the estate as well as other National Trust properties along the English Riviera.
Head to Brixham, Paignton or Torquay for some of the most picturesque seaside settings on the South Devon coast. The Dart Estuary is also nearby, where you can take a ferry ride up to the bustling town of Dartmouth.

Heating: Oil central heating included.
Parking: Parking for several vehicles.
Gardens: The gardens are large and laid mainly to lawn with mature trees, shrubs and borders. There is an elevated area of garden adjacent to the parking area. There are 2 picnic tables with benches provided.
Utilities: The water is from a private, gravity fed supply and as such, guests may experience low pressure.
Please note: Car drivers and guests with small children should be aware that there is a small, unfenced spring-fed pond situated at the front of the property.
The fields and farm that adjoin the property are private and there is no guest access, other than sign-posted public footpaths.
