About Pentire Head Farmhouse

With coastal views and paths leading to the coast path and beach, large and luxurious Pentire Head Farmhouse is in a great spot for walkers, nature-lovers, families and friends taking a seaside break. It’s close to some of Cornwall’s best scenery, foodie havens and surfing beaches, as well as the prehistoric Rumps and history dating back to the Iron Age.

The farmhouse is at the heart of an ancient farmstead and jam-packed with both character and comforts, with sea views from many of the rooms. It adjoins Pengirt, a holiday cottage sleeping four people, and they can be booked together for twelve guests.

The closest beach is Pentireglaze Haven, a sandy cove with rockpools, that links with Polzeath beach at low tide. The South West Coast Path runs the length of the coastline; look out for skylarks, grey seals and peregrine falcons. North Cornwall is full of pretty, higgledy-piggledy seaside villages, Port Quin and Port Isaac to the north and Rock and Padstow to the south. You have free entry to National Trust properties during your stay, including Tintagel Old Post Office and Lanhydrock.
