Sandscale is magical at dusk in the spring, with drumming snipe and the croaks of Natterjack toads. In the spring Sandscale Haws comes to life. Wildlife is busy and the night time is no exception. Our renown natterjack toads are in breeding season and their chorus of deep croaks can be heard miles around. Come along on this dusk walk with our rangers and see what other wildlife you can spot along the way.
