With sparkle all around and the gentle tones of a pianist playing seasonal tunes, take Festive Afternoon Tea in the grand Central Hall at Wallington this Christmas.

This Christmas, indulge in something special in the Central Hall at Wallington. Enjoy Festive Afternoon Tea accompanied by the resident pianist. The House is closed to visitors during this event so once you have finished your Afternoon Tea, please feel free to explore the ground floor, which is dressed in its festive finery.

Choose from afternoon tea with or without a small bottle of prosecco.

A Vegetarian Afternoon Tea option is available.

Sandwiches:

Turkey & cranberry or roasted veg & sage and onion stuffing (v)

Coronation chicken or coronation chickpea (v)

Cheddar & slow roasted tomato (v)

Egg mayonnaise and watercress (v)

Scones:

Red Dragon scone (v) served with butter

Accessibility

Manual wheelchairs and visitors own mobility scooters are permitted in the House. There is step-free access. There is an accessible toilet in the House, and a quiet space should anyone require a moment away.

Meeting point

Enter the House via the main entrance (from 1.45pm) where you'll be met by a member of the team who will take you to your table.

Please note, we are unable to adapt the set menu to cater for dietary requirements/preferences. Please contact us before booking to check allergen information. Email us at wallington@nationaltrust.org.uk The House is closed on the day of this event and will only be opened for Festive Afternoon Tea guests. Doors open at 1.45pm. Service will begin at 2pm so you will have time to explore the House after you have eaten. Only the ground floor is available to visit. Please allow 15 minutes to walk from the car park to the House.
