Easter egg hunt at Sandilands
This spring, treat the whole family to a world of adventure at Sandilands on an Easter trail.

Make your way along the trail and find activities for the whole family. The trail takes place between Friday 3 – Monday 6 April 2026, from 10am to 4pm, with last entry at 3pm, so come along and explore Sandilands.
Along the way, discover 10 bird-inspired activities hidden across Sandilands’ grasslands. The trail invites families to move, make and explore together — sparking curiosity, creating playful moments and helping everyone spot wildlife as you enjoy this special coastal landscape.
Prices are £3.50 per trail which includes an Easter trail sheet, bunny ears and dairy or vegan and Free From* chocolate egg.
*Suitable for people with milk, egg, gluten, peanut and tree nut allergies.

The basics
- Meeting point
Head to the colourful beach huts at the northern tip of the reserve to start your adventure.
- What to bring and wear
Dress for the outdoors. Comfy clothes you don’t mind getting a bit muddy and sturdy shoes or wellies are a good idea, especially after wet weather.

Expect some inclines and uneven terrain, which may be muddy in places following wet weather.
