Step into the world of The Wind in the Willows at Sunnycroft this Christmas and enjoy a magical 20-minute festive experience for the whole family. Journey through the house and discover the homes of Mole, Ratty, Badger and Mr Toad, each brought to life with charming seasonal scenes inspired by Kenneth Grahame's beloved classic.
As you move from Badger's woodland home and Mole's cosy burrow to Ratty's riverside retreat and the grandeur of Toad Hall, you'll be immersed in a world of friendship, adventure and festive wonder. Along the way, enjoy spotting details from this much-loved story as it unfolds throughout the house.
The experience ends with a special visit to Father Christmas. Children will have the chance to meet Father Christmas, share their Christmas wishes, and receive a gift to take home, making this a memorable Christmas treat at Sunnycroft.

Sunnycroft house is a small historic house and has three steps up to each doorway to enter or exit this event. This event is regrettably unsuitable for wheelchair or buggy access. There is no handrail at the entrance to the house. Inside, your visit is all on the ground floor of the house which is level. Seating is available if required around the house and when visiting with Father Christmas.

Father Christmas is visiting Sunnycroft (200 Holyhead Rd, Wellington, Telford TF1 2DR) approx. 15 / 20 minutes drive from Attingham and is not on the Attingham main estate.

Father Christmas tickets cost £20 per child and £5 per accompanying adult/person. Please select the appropriate ticket for the number of children and accompanying people. The max. group size is six people (adults or children) due to the size of the house. Please be aware that there are no refreshments available at Sunnycroft. Please arrive no more than 10-15 minutes before your time slot as parking at Sunnycroft is limited, and entry to the house is by time slot only. If you expect to need to use the toilet facilities before entry to the house or pay for additional tickets, please account for this extra time between arrival and the start of your time slot. On arrival, you will be greeted by our welcome team and guided to the front of the house. The house is 150 yards from the car park. Your visit should last around 20 - 30 minutes from arrival to leaving the Sunnycroft site. There is no catering available at Sunnycroft. We recommend making a day of it by also visiting Attingham: it’s a 15-20 min drive. If visiting Attingham, entry to the Mansion is by pre-booked timed entry tickets.
