Eating and drinking at Croft Castle

Cutting a slice of cake

The Carpenter's tea-room has reopened and is serving a limited range of takeaway hot and cold drinks and some light snacks. We’ve introduced new safety measures including screens at our till and collection points and a one-way system. We've also got some limited indoor seating available. Please be aware that we'll only be accepting card payment. We look forward to welcoming you back and know that you’ll support us to make this a safe experience for everyone.

What's on the menu?

Tuck into a freshly made sandwich, sausage roll or a delicious piece of cake in the Carpenter's tea-room from 10am to 4pm each day. We've also got hot and cold drinks, homemade scones, crisps, hot Cornish and vegan pasties, ice cream and other snacks for you to enjoy either inside the tea-room (we now have limited indoor seating available), outside on picnic benches or out in the parkland or gardens if you'd prefer to take them with you on your walk.

So whether it's a treat with your morning coffee or tasty cream tea we will have something to tempt you (and plently of parkland to walk it off).

How we're keeping everyone safe

We’ve introduced new safety measures including screens at our till and collection points and a way-marked, one-way route in and out of the tea-room. We’ll also only be accepting card payment. In line with government guidelines you'll be required to wear a face covering in our food outlets. Please bring one with you.

We look forward to welcoming you back. Don't forget to book your tickets before you visit by heading to the What's On section of our website.
