We let farms on our land to tenant farmers throughout the year. Opportunities don't come up that often, so you'll need to be quick if letting one of our farms appeals to you.
Land at Hall Dale, Stanshope
Informal tenders are being invited for a short term grazing opportunity for Land at Hall Dale located near to Stanshope, Milldale, which comprises approximately 50 hectares of farmland and forms part of the Dove Valley and Biggin Dale Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
National Trust are seeking a grazier ideally with native breed cattle and sheep to graze the Land. For further information, please see tender details.

Upper Booth Farm, Edale
The National Trust invites management proposals and tenders for the Farm Business Tenancy of Upper Booth Farm, located near to Edale within the Peak District National Park.
Upper Booth Farm is a 143.23 hectare (353.92 acres) permanent grassland upland farm, which was acquired by the National Trust in 1981. The Farm includes a three-bedroom farmhouse and a range of traditional and modern farm buildings across Upper Booth Farm and the adjacent Lee Farm.
Following retirement from farming of the previous Tenant, the Trust are looking for the next custodian for the Farm. We want to work with someone who values farming that puts delivering excellent outcomes for thriving nature, the environment, heritage, and visitor access first.
We are offering a Farm Business Tenancy with standard repairing obligations for an initial fixed term of up to 10 years with a mutual break clause at the end of year 5.
