A must-see garden gem

Great Chalfield Manor has an ever-evolving romantic garden with an orchard, pond, unique yew houses and a variety of flowers, plants, colours and styles.

The garden at Great Chalfield Manor is one of a kind. ‘Dreamlike’ and ‘magical’ are words used by visitors to describe it. Much thought goes into the design of the garden and the borders, all lovingly cared for by the donor family and their team.

Not only are there vistas, beautiful lawns and yew topiary; but the orchard where the grass stays long, waterfalls of pink roses climbing the walls of the medieval Manor, and the spring-fed pond, surrounded by magnificent trees. There is inspiration to be found here, but also peace and quiet in lush surroundings.
