About Polishing up the paths
Help our garden team replacing worn out steps and pathways across the estate.Help our garden team replacing worn out steps and pathways in the garden and across the estate. You’ll be working alongside staff and other volunteers to re-open over-grown tracks and maintain the footpath network through the estate woodland. There will also be a wide range of other estate and garden tasks available to keep things varied and interesting.
About the accommodation
Little Craig-y-Borion Farm sits at the heart of the 900-acre Colby Estate. The farmhouse dates back at least 200 years and is an old stone and lime-mortar building restored and refurbished in 2015. Heated by wood burners and solar panels with a newly replanted orchard and kitchen garden in the making, it sits in a beautiful location far from the road and surrounded by woodland and meadows. There is a large network of woodland paths right on the doorstep and the beach at Amroth is a 30-minute walk away through lovely woodland.
Notes for guests
