About Scrumping and Cider MakingScrumping and Cider Making here at Swan Barn Farm.
Come and learn how to make your own cider at the Swan Barn Farm orchards. You will spend two days working in our small orchards, collecting apples and pears, pressing fruit juice and learning how to make cider. The other three days will be spent working across the wider estate working on scrub clearing and construction tasks aimed at restoring habitats for wildlife in this wonderful part of the South Downs National Park.
