A relaxed audience with Father Christmas at Trelissick

Join Father Christmas for a relaxed storytelling session in the stable yard.

  • Booking essential
  • Admission applies

Father Christmas brings festive magic to the stable yard this December, where he’ll tell a special story of a Cornish Christmas at Trelissick. Once the storytelling has finished, he’ll hand out a small gift at the end to each child.

This is an accessible session aimed at providing Trelissick’s ‘An Audience with Father Christmas’ with reduced noise levels and crowds, we hope to create a less stressful environment with Father Christmas.

Sessions are designed for neurodiverse visitors, including those with autism and sensory sensitivities, as well as families, friends, and carers.

The festive story of a Cornish Christmas at Trelissick will last approximately 20-30 minutes with time at the end to receive a small gift from Father Christmas.

A limited number of ear defenders and sensory toys will be available for use in the relaxed sessions on the day and an access statement is available from our website.

If you have any additional questions regarding this event, please contact us at trelissick@nationaltrust.org.uk

Tickets cost £6 per child, £4 per adult. All adults attending An Audience with Father Christmas are required to have an adult ticket.

We are unable to process refunds.

Please note that normal admission charges to Trelissick apply, admission for a family including 2 adults and up to 3 children, is £45. Admission is free for National Trust members.
