A Woolly Winter Adventure at Blickling Hall

This year, a woolly wonder is unravelling at Blickling Hall! The mice are back and they are involved in a tangled tale, with mischief and merriment along the way.

Explore beautifully decorated rooms filled with traditional Christmas sparkle, twinkling lights and imaginative displays created by our talented volunteers using yarn generously donated by Stylecraft. Along the way, search for the mischievous mice and their golden yarn, collecting clues as you uncover the source of the woolly magic. Can you help solve the mystery?

Designed for all ages, this festive experience includes interactive moments, hands-on activities and a cosy reading nook where you can settle down with a Christmas story. So put on your Christmas jumper and follow the thread of a festive adventure, full of twinkling cheer. It’s sure to be a woolly good time!

Daily from Saturday 28 November until Monday 4 January, from 11am to 3pm with late openings until 7pm on the following dates (last entry 30 minutes before closing): Saturday 28 November and Sunday 29 November Saturday 5 December and Sunday 6 December Saturday 12 December and Sunday 13 December Wednesday 16 December to Wednesday 23 December

Entry is free to National Trust members, and standard admission applies to non-members, who can pay on arrival. Children under five go free.

Mobility scooters are available, please call 01263 733956 to make a reservation. Quiet hours will take place in the House on Tuesdays and Saturdays between 2pm and 3pm. There is lift access in the House for those able to evacuate via the stairs without assistance in the event of an emergency.
