What's on site?
We've made a number of improvements to our facilities and visitor offer lately to make Castle Coole more accessible.
- A mobility scooter is available to hire free of charge from visitor reception.
- Audio loops are installed in our welcome hut and tea-room.
- There is dedicated disabled parking located at the top of the car park.
- There are disabled toilets in the tunnel yard beside the visitor reception.
Mobility scooters
Castle Coole has a mobility scooter available for visitors to use, free of charge. This can be reserved in advance of your visit by calling or emailing us, or requested on arrival at the visitor hut.
Who can use the mobility scooters?
Our vehicle is for the use of anyone who struggles with walking distances or has limited mobility of any kind.
