Storytime with St Nicholas
Join St Nicholas in the dovecote for a magical Christmas story surrounded by decorated trees and twinkling lights.
- Booking advisable
At this special, festive event families can meet St Nicholas under the twinkling lights of the historic Dovecote while hearing a Christmas story.
The event is ideal for children aged 4–8 but siblings are also welcome. Each child will receive a small gift.
Tickets are £10 per child and an accompanying adult does not need a ticket. Where possible, due to the size of the dovecote, we ask that children should be accompanied by one adult only.
Prebooking is essential and please show your tickets to the staff at our Visitor Reception in the Barn on arrival.
Please note: Our St Nicholas character wears green robes, inspired by the historic roots of the story, the winter season, and the landscape at Avebury. You can see an image of the St Nicholas character from last year on our Christmas at Avebury page.
