We'll be open exclusively for our Father Christmas event, but you're still very welcome to pop into the café for a warm drink and a festive bite.

Meet Father Christmas at The Firs

Step into a magical Christmas adventure at The Firs and create unforgettable festive memories with family and friends.

The highlight of your visit is a special 10-minute meeting with Father Christmas in his enchanting Christmas Cottage. Families will enjoy a truly personal experience as children share their Christmas wishes and festive excitement with Father Christmas in a warm and welcoming setting. To make the visit even more magical, every child will receive a special present from Father Christmas himself.

After meeting Father Christmas, continue your festive journey in the Visitor Centre, transformed into a bustling Elves' Workshop full of Christmas cheer. Young visitors can get creative and make three festive crafts to take home, write a letter to Father Christmas in his study, and explore a magical small-world play area surrounded by twinkling lights and a beautifully decorated Christmas tree. For those who may need a quieter moment, a cosy calm space with books, puzzles and seating will also be available.

The Christmas fun doesn't stop there. Head outside into the gardens and help Father Christmas solve some festive challenges. His elves have gone missing, and he needs your help to find them! Children can also help sort the mixed-up Christmas presents before Christmas Eve arrives, visit the reindeer paddock, and climb aboard Father Christmas's sleigh for the perfect festive family photo opportunity.
